Suds Privacy Policy

This document uses the same terminology and abbreviations as our Terms of Service document. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use and storage of Information obtained from users through the use of our Site and Services. 


Information on users is divided into personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable Information depending on whether information can identify the user as a specific person. 


In order to provide you with our Services, we require some personal information. The information we collect is necessary to provide our Services, and we do not collect any information which is not strictly required by the nature of the Service. Personal Information which we may collect includes:

We take children’s online safety very seriously, and if we ever learn that the Information collected belongs to a child we will immediately remove any such Information unless such Information is provided with the verifiable parental consent and is otherwise in compliance with COPPA.


We may keep records of any questions, complaints or compliments made by you and the response if any. Whenever you contact us, we will collect your name, e-mail address and any additional information which you provide. We will store and use your name and e-mail address only for the purpose of responding to your inquiries and we will remove such Information from our servers as soon as the inquiry is resolved. Information contained within the inquiry, free from any personally identifiable Information, will be stored on our servers for the purpose of improving our Services and providing the best customer support possible.


We may contact you using the available contact information provided by you, for any matters relating to the Services or compliance with our Terms, Policies or applicable laws and regulations (Service emails). These emails do not constitute “unsolicited commercial e-mail advertisements” and you are not able to opt-out of receiving them. We may also inform you through emails about promotions, offers, events, surveys and everything else in connection with our business, and our affiliates (Promotional emails). You can choose not to receive these emails by following the opt-out procedure described in the email.


You recognize and concur that Suds bears no obligation regarding the risk, harm, damage, or loss that might emerge from content submitted to or distributed through the Site. You further understand that by providing your content online, other people will have access to such content and they will be able to copy, share or otherwise interact with such content. If you do not want your content to be used as described the only remedy is to not share your content. 


We may disclose your personal information to our partners, agents and operators under confidentiality or similar agreements, including payment processors and shipping companies who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information: (i) to provide Sneakers or Services to you; (ii) to administer our business or the Site; (iii) to provide customer service; (iv) to update account information; (v) to forward updates, announcements, and newsletters; (vi) to respond to your communications, and communicate with you about the Site and other activities related to the Site; (vii) in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or disposition of all or any portion of the Site’s business or operations (including without limitation in connection with bankruptcy or any similar proceedings); or (viii) as otherwise authorized by you.  


We do not sell, rent or lease your personal information to third-parties. We use collected information for our internal and marketing purposes, as necessary by the nature of the Services, and only in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In some instances, we are obliged to comply with court orders and government requests and provide information or parts of it to authorized bodies. 


We endeavor to maintain appropriate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to the collected information so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification of personal information which also applies to our disposal or destruction of personal information. We keep the Personal Information we collect about you strictly confidential and only for as long as such information is necessary. We will remove and dispose of any information we may have about the users within twenty-four (24) hours of deleting their user account. 


We acknowledge that the safety of your information is one of the highest priorities and therefore only authorized personnel operating under strict confidentiality agreements to have access to personally identifiable Information. Although we take all appropriate measures with respect to keeping your information secure, you understand that no data security measures in the world can offer 100% protection. You understand and agree that providing personal information online is always under the risk of falling into wrong hands. Even though we will not misuse your information and we will do whatever is reasonable in the current situation to prevent unauthorized access to personal data, we cannot guarantee nor can you expect that we will keep your data secure or prevent a data breach. If we ever find or suspect a personal data breach we will without delay use our best effort to notify the users about the breach.

You have 2 days to request a return from the date you receive your Suds Clean purchases. Once we process your return, we will refund you for the amount you paid, less the shipping costs to and from you. This refund will be issued in the form of Suds credit to use on future purchases.
